NABA Bylaws
NABA is governed by a set of bylaws, endorsed by its members. Changes to bylaws require a membership vote. Full members are eligible to vote on bylaws changes. On October 16, 2022, the bylaws were updated by membership vote. All 14 proposed changes passed. The updated bylaws can be viewed below.
