About the Event

Melissa Kenyon, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, is the owner and founder of RBX Network and Reset Behavior. Her motivation to start Reset Behavior stemmed from her personal experience as a parent of children with autism. Melissa is a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA), licensed special education teacher, special education advocate, business consultant, public speaker, and trainer. She specializes in organizational behavior management (OBM) and ABA business operations, where she helps optimize practice efficiency and integrity. In addition, Melissa specializes in addressing severe and aggressive behaviors, function-based interventions, and automatic reinforcement. Her experience and training encompass working with children, teens, and adults who have Emotional Behavior Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Trauma, and other mental health diagnoses.
